To start with a counsellor, please book a free 10 minute conversation with our New Client Coordinator, Leah Jakes. Once reserved, we will email you a Client Detail Form to fill out. This confidential form helps us understand your context and expectations for counselling. Once you’ve completed these two steps, we aim to match you with a counsellor within seven days.
